How It Works

The Retail Village

The Village is an offering that will provide a location for community services and amenities, situated by the lake and combined with a large park and open space.

A hub where friends and families can gather, grab a coffee and play in the park during the weekend, in the morning or afternoon. Walk the dog or just stop to pick up convenient groceries.
