KINship’s bespoke Country Club Retirement facility will be presented in a unique location that benefits from easy access to a range of facilities. The development will feature a coffee shop, landscaped gardens, a putting green, a doctor’s surgery and pharmacy as well as access to Country Club Tasmania’s many facilities which include an 18-hole golf course.

The facility has been designed to deliver luxury apartments in a variety of configurations. The Independent Living Units will enjoy bushland or golf course vista’s and are being designed to enable effective reconfiguration to Supported Living Units, thus providing a compassionate ageing in place scenario that enables Residents to stay in and enjoy their homes longer.

This approach emphasises KINship’s vision that well designed quality settings, sympathetic to their residents circumstances and preferences, are critically important and every stage of the development journey reflects this. This appreciation will persist throughout the operating period as the service model continuously evolves to delight and exceed Residents expectations.

Contributing to this outcome is the appropriate inclusion of a Doctors Surgery and Pharmacy within the facility. These features coupled with an intelligent approach to facility design and adaptable units will enable residents to remain in a location where they feel safe, secure, and somewhere they can receive the care and support they need, in the privacy of their own home whenever required.

With security and wellbeing in mind, residents will be greeted at the facility by a welcoming Concierge Team who will provide a friendly face and ongoing support beyond their expectations. The Concierge team will be assisted by an Events Coordinator whose sole responsibility will be to plan and host events that promote and maintain high levels of interaction and wellbeing.

The facility will be built within a self-contained section of the Country Club Estate providing easy access for residents and visitors. The Ground Floor will support 4 structures each of 3 levels providing luxury apartments with balconies in a variety of configurations.

Secure underground parking will be provided, as will Golf Buggies available to Residents to explore the extensive grounds or play a round of golf

 The facility’s putting green and café will be positioned within extensively landscaped grounds with a rooftop garden providing the perfect place for residents to meet and socialise with friends and family.

Over and above these inclusions, Country Club Tasmania, which is only 400metres away, offers many features including a gym, a swimming pool, restaurants, a hairdresser, boutique retail and much more.
